What We Do

Monthly Group Sessions: Sound Baths and Cacao Circles

Sound Baths feature a curated selection of instruments from around the world including Gongs, Singing Bowls, Native Flutes, Drums, Voice, Cello, and so much more. Each experience is unique.

Cacao Circles start with Copal Cleansing, Ceremonial Cacao and Guided Breathwork followed a Sound Bath with hands-on Energy Healing. These experiences lend themselves to deep transformational work.
